February 1, 2022 – As COO, Ralph Rajs will help scale the metaverse’s premier gym experience to hundreds of real world locations.
Starting today, Ralph Rajs will help take the popular virtual reality fitness experience to thousands and then millions of people around the world.
An accomplished senior executive with demonstrated success across the health club, wellness and fitness industries, Ralph has provided operational excellence and strong leadership to multi-club and hotel management organizations. With extensive experience in large club operations, he is a valuable asset for all aspects of health club and hotel management, including creating and driving strategy, establishing budgets and performance measures, and leading executive operations teams
Prior to joining Black Box VR, Ralph was the VP of Operations and then the Senior Vice President of Leisure Sports where he oversaw all aspects of the seven-club, $105 million operation, including Sales and Marketing, Wellness, Programming, Financial Performance, and Member Satisfaction.
He then took on a new role to become COO of Forma Gym where he helped lead over 200 employees over the last two and a half years.
As COO, he will be responsible for running Black Box VR’s current and future gym partnerships, corporate gyms, and future franchise business unit. From long-term strategic planning down to day-to-day management, he will use his creativity and experience to help guide Black Box VR to locations around the world.

Ralph lives in the Bay Area, he’s a five time Ironman competitor, marathon runner, triathlete, and recently made it to the Silver League in the Black Box VR Arena.
